It takes strength to express our vulnerabilities.

There were days when I couldn’t listen to “Let

There were days when I couldn’t listen to “Letting You Go” without crying... I wrote the song in under 5 minutes, and as the words flowed, so did the tears! But I chose to lean into the discomfort (as hard and unpleasant as that can be sometimes!) because that’s where the biggest learnings come from...where we grow and expand.

Letting go of what no longer serves us (people, thoughts, patterns, tension, etc.) allows us to become lighter and more spacious. When we let go we create space for new energy, new beginnings, more love. Love should feel calm and bring you more peace, not fluttering butterflies that make you feel like you’re dancing in chaos.

When we let go of what’s no longer serving us, we are honouring our authenticity. We start making choices that align with our highest selves. We allow for the awareness that enables us to break old patterns and for the healing that transforms us. Honour and allow what you are feeling and experiencing. “Feel it to heal it” so you can let go and align yourself with what’s next...The “something better.”

Letting go is hard, but it’s heart opening. And if you feel like you can’t let go just yet, set the intention to soften a little bit. Be gentle with yourself and trust in the divine timing of your life ✨

You are NOT enough. That’s the story I used to t

You are NOT enough. That’s the story I used to tell myself and this was the false narrative that became wired in my brain. Just in case you’ve ever felt that way or needed a reminder today, I’m hoping my story will help.

Some people often vocalized that I was “too much” - too passionate, too emotional, too intense, while others made me feel like I wasn’t enough. I wrote the song “ENOUGH” during a time when I was with someone who made me feel like I wasn’t enough. I ignored my inner voice because I wanted my attachment system to win. It took a lot of reflection, inner work & self love to realize that I am enough, that I’ve always been enough.

Untwisting cognitive distortions and freeing ourselves from old patterns and conditioning can be a process, but I want to mirror back to you that YOU ARE ENOUGH. What you are seeking is already within. And if you feel like you aren’t enough, use it as an opportunity to get curious about why you feel less than, why you’re struggling with self-love and self-worth. Your self-worth shouldn’t be based on someone else’s validation. I want you to know that in this present moment, you are already enough. You are loved. Your feelings are valid. Lean into what nourishes your soul and surrender to the flow of your healing journey. And most importantly, trust your highest self. Your highest self knows that you ARE enough ✨

There is such a lack of consciousness in the world and we need to listen to one another to undo inequalities, spread awareness and pave the way for real change, equality and justice. As our understanding and awareness rises, so does healing. There’s so much uncertainty right now and it’s

There’s so much uncertainty right now and it’s anxiety inducing. But...I surrender. I trust this moment. It’s the time to practice presence more than ever. It’s the time to go deeper inward, a time for reflection and gratitude. Stay home and count your blessings. Some people don’t even have a home or a safe home they can self-isolate in. Puts a lot into perspective doesn’t it? #stayhome #stayhealthy
